Welcome to Molember Road — a private residential street in East Molesey, nestled between the rivers Mole and Ember.Our community is made up of 55 homes, each contributing to the friendly, neighbour‑focused atmosphere that makes this road such a special place to live.This site is here to help both current and prospective residents. The upkeep of Molember Road is managed by the Molember Road Residents Association (MRRA). Every household is a member and pays an annual contribution that covers ongoing costs such as road cleaning and insurance, while also building a reserve for future repairs or resurfacing. The MRRA Constitution sets out how the association operates.
The committee meets around five or six times a year and organises the Annual General Meeting, along with any Extraordinary Meetings needed to approve work on the road. Recent projects have included street cleaning, drainage clearance, cleaning of the fencing, and improved signage.
